2. Description of Service

LetsPark provides a platform for users to find, book, and list parking spaces. We act as an intermediary between space providers and drivers.

3. User Conduct

Users must provide accurate information when booking or listing a space. Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or violation of local parking laws will result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely. LetsPark reserves the right to charge a service fee for bookings made through the platform. These fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Liability

LetsPark is not liable for any damage to vehicles, theft, or personal injury that occurs on a provider's property. Users park at their own risk.
