Cancellation Policy

1. General Cancellation Rules

Users can cancel their bookings directly through their dashboard. The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the booking start time.

2. More Than 24 Hours Notice

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you are entitled to a 100% full refund of the parking fee.

3. Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, depending on the specific terms set by the space provider.

4. After Booking Start Time

No refunds are issued for cancellations made after the booking start time has passed, or for no-shows.

5. Provider Cancellations

If a space provider cancels your booking for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately, and we will assist you in finding alternative parking.
